Astrometrica

AstrometricaCFGFile

Name automatically detected if not explicitly set. Used to warn user if a different configuration file is currently in use by Astrometrica

Used to detect if Astrometrica is running. Default = Astrometrica.exe

AstrometricaLogsPath

Automatically extracted from current Astrometrica configuration file setting for OutDir.

AstrometricaINIPath

Astrometrica INI file (path and file name). If not set will be defaulted to

"<drive>:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Astrometrica"

where <drive> is the drive where the Windows system is installed and <user> is the current Windows user name

FilePath

Name of local folder where MPC astrometry batches (.psv and .txt versions) are stored

FindOrb

FindOrbExe

Full name (path and file name) of the FindOrb executable file. If the executable file exists the Combine astrometry and start FindOrb context menu option will be enabled for use in the ADES upper edit area.

MPC

MPCDBURLAstrometry

URL to retrieve astrometry from the MPC's Database Search service. Object name is substituted for <mpcdbobject>. Default = https://minorplanetcenter.net/db_search/show_object?utf8=%E2%9C%93&object_id=<mpcdbobject>

MPCRoot

Used during extraction of astrometry from the MPC's Database Search service.

Default =  https://minorplanetcenter.net

MPCUseAPIs

Set to True to retrieve astrometry from the MPC using API calls, otherwise astrometry is downloaded using the URLs named in settings MPCDBURLAstrometry and NEOCPURLAstrometry. Using the APIs is generally faster and also allows ADES (in XML format) to be downloaded when using the Combine with astrometry and copy to clipboard and Combine astrometry and start FindOrb context menu options.

NEOCPURLAstrometry

URL to retrieve astrometry from the NEOCP. Object name is substituted for <neocpobject>. Default = https://cgi.minorplanetcenter.net/cgi-bin/showobsorbs.cgi?Obj=<neocpobject>&obs=y

NEOfixer

APIKey

A valid API key for the MPC observatory code registered with NEOfixer. The API Key is displayed in NEOfixer after registration has been completed, when viewing user details. Request an account from the NEOfixer registration page.

IncludeNEOCP

Set to True to allow the option of sending Reported status for NEOCP (and PCCP) objects to NEOfixer. ReportingEnabled must also be set to True. See Submitting Reported status to NEOfixer.

ReportingEnabled

Set to False to temporarily disable NEOfixer reporting. The Report to NEOfixer? checkbox will not be displayed.

Set to True to allow the option of sending Reported status to NEOfixer. See Submitting Reported status to NEOfixer.

AC2

MPC AC2 keyword containing a valid email address. Required if astrometry is submitted to the MPC, for email confirmation that the batch has been received.

DefaultAstrometryFormat

The default astrometry format (ADES or MPC1992) used when combining astrometry from the editor with astrometry downloaded from the MPC when using the context (right-click) menus in the ADES upper edit area. The default can be reversed during use by holding the CTRL key down.

ModifyACK

Use enhanced formatting of ACK line for ADES submissions and MPC1992 conversions. See ACK lines and ModifyACK setting.

RADecExtraDigit

Conditions the precision that RA and Dec are converted from ADES into MPC1992 format.
