Installation
The installation file can be downloaded from https://birtwhistle.org.uk/SoftwareDownloads.htm
Unzip the Setup.exe and AstrometryParserSetup.msi files into a local temporary folder
Run Setup.exe.
A standard Windows setup dialogue will be displayed, acceptance of the license agreement is required to complete the installation.
The setup creates a program group called “J95Soft” and adds an 
icon for “Astrometry Parser”
After successful installation the installation zip file, Setup.exe and AstrometryParserSetup.msi files can be deleted.
The program can be uninstalled from Programs and Features in Control Panel.
